Terms
The short version, in plain English.
Who we are
rugup is run by Milnertech Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17465138). When these terms say “we”, that is who they mean.
rugup advises; you decide
Every verdict is a recommendation based on a weather forecast and the details you entered about your horse. Forecasts are sometimes wrong and horses differ. You know your horse, and the decision is always yours.
rugup is not veterinary advice. If a horse is unwell, call your vet rather than reading a notification.
Your account
Keep your sign-in email secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Availability
We try to send every notification on time, but we cannot promise the service is never interrupted. If a forecast cannot be fetched we would rather send nothing than send a stale verdict.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may close an account that is being used to abuse the service.
